PRIVACY POLICY

Rates and room availability will be confirmed only to duly guaranteed reservations.

The hotel considers children under 10 years of age as children, after this age, they are considered as adults for occupancy purposes, and the corresponding rate will be applied accordingly. 

There are no refunds for early departures.

Cancellations are accepted free of charge up to 24 hours prior to arrival date. 
No Show" or cancellations made after this period will generate a penalty of ONE (1) night's stay.

During the dates of Easter (according to the year in question) and New Year's Eve (December 26 - January 2) any cancellation made 72 hours before the date of arrival, generates a penalty of 3 nights stay.

Additional cost applies for pet accommodation (only canines not exceeding 15 Kim).

PET POLICY

1. A maximum of one domestic dog per room not exceeding 15 kg in weight is allowed, with a charge at check-in of $400.- pesos per day per room.

2. Additional charges will be made if extensive cleaning or repair of damage beyond the normal deep cleaning process is required, for which a refundable deposit of $500.- pesos per stay is requested in addition to the daily charge.

3. In order for your maid to perform the daily cleaning service, it is necessary for the pet to leave or be out of the room.

4. Pets must be secured on a leash when under your supervision. Guests will walk their pets only in designated areas and are responsible for picking up after their pets at all times.

5. Pets are prohibited in and around the pool.

6. Upon receipt of two noise or disturbance complaints, we will request the guest to make alternative arrangements for their pet.

7. It is very important that you notify us at the time of making your reservation that you are traveling with a pet.
